Vocal – Indian traditional classic
Instruments – veena, flute, mandolin, guiter,
mouthorgan, chitraveena, tabla, mridangam.
Teacher: Ganesh Prasad B Adgoor. At an additional cost
which is not included in the yoga fees.

If
you would like to learn Indian cooking there is
Sudhesh’s wife Smt. Nandini who teaches cooking classes
in the afternoon between 12:30pm to 2:00pm. So for those
who like to learn and cook Indian dishes will be lucky
enough to have this added facility in this centre.
Facilities
provided in the centre :

Kitchen is
provided with a refrigerator, a mixer, a bread
toaster, utensils etc. gas stove for self cooking
etc.
Phone is fitted as they can make local call with no
extra costs.
No extra cost for electricity consumed by way of hot
water, fan and lighting.
Pick up from the railway/bus station and drop, if
informed earlier about their coming to the centre.
Arrange bikes, bicycles or scooter for the
convenience of easy mobility for, those who have a
valid Driving License.
A
½ day sight seeing will be arranged at your
convenient day mostly of important places in Mysore
which is free but the entrance fees whichever
applicable is to be borne by yourself.
COMPLIMENTARY

A
yoga mat (new) would be provided.

Two yoga T-Shirts would be provided with the yoga
logo and the center name printed on it.

Saturday Special: After the Pranayama class
breakfast will be served with delicious south Indian
idly or dosa with coconut chutney.

Excursion: During the period in which a student
stays in the yoga shala or outside, a half a day
excursion will be arranged (local) at the
convenience of the students.

Though the book is written in kannada by Sudhesh ,
it will be given and a yoga chart published by
Sudhesh will also be given at the time of joining
the class.

For those who take up the TTC (Teachers Training
Course) will be allowed to handle one class in a day
for seven days to have the first hand knowledge
about teaching.
